"Wish the bag had worked out"
I had to return the bag because it just wasn’t quite what I was looking for, which was a bit of a shame because I’d been hoping it would work out. The return itself was easy enough, though the refund took a few days longer than I expected. Customer service did get back to me and everything was sorted in the end. I’d still order again, I just kind of wish this one had been the right fit.

"I kind of assumed it would take longer..."
I kind of assumed it would take longer based on how these deliveries usually go, but the order showed up fast. It was only a day later than the original estimate, which wasn’t a big deal. Everything was packaged fine too, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Nice stuff, but the pricing feels a bit ridiculous"
I do like the style, and my order arrived without any issues. The items are nice, but for what I paid, I expected the quality to be a little better. It’s not bad at all, I just don’t think it feels like great value for the money, and some of the prices seem a bit ridiculous.

"Absolutely obsessed with these lovely designs"
I love the simple style of everything so much. It’s cute without being over the top, which feels like a tiny miracle these days. The colours are gorgeous, the little details are just so sweet, and the whole thing made me way happier than expected. I’d absolutely buy again.

"Surprisingly smooth from start to finish"
I ordered from Katie Loxton for the first time i was expecting it to be a bit of a faff. Then suddenly I was like, wait… this is actually really easy. The site was simple to get around, checkout was quick, and the confirmation email came through straight away. Delivery updates were clear as well, so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. No confusion, no hassle, no little annoying bits. I’d definitely order again.

I wasn’t totally sure if I needed another bag, but I’m actually really glad I ordered this one. It arrived quickly, and the quality feels better than I expected for the price. The zip runs smoothly and the stitching looks solid, so it doesn’t feel like something that’ll fall apart after a few uses. It also looks nicer in person, which makes me feel a bit better about treating myself. Overall, really happy with it

"I got a personalised pouch with initials on..."
I got a personalised pouch with initials on it and it turned out really nicely. The lettering looked neat, the colour was pretty much what I expected, and overall it felt like it had been done properly rather than looking cheap. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I’d thought, but I’m still happy with it. I’d probably get one again as a gift...
